John Paul II High School is a private Roman Catholic college preparatory high school in Plano, Texas. It is located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Dallas. Their building is over and it can accommodate 1,200 students. ==History== John Paul II High School’s mission is to develop leaders who are critical thinkers and effective communicators, committed to service and rooted in faith. The school, which is sponsored by the Diocese of Dallas, opened in 2005, the result of over 10 years of dedicated study of North Dallas, Collin County and surrounding areas. John Paul II High School offers a coeducational high school education in a college-preparatory school environment. The school is located in Plano, in a 300,000 square foot facility with presentation halls, science labs, music rehearsal space, band and orchestra space, a dance studio, two art studios, two gymnasiums, classrooms, and a dining hall. There is a football field and a track. The new east sports complex offers 8 tennis courts, a softball field, and a baseball field.
